I authorise Mr Meticulous Pty Limited to Debit or Credit funds from/to the card submitted. Personal details requested/supplied are only used for processing using NAB Transact. This authorisation will remain until further notice via email, phone, or text/sms.

This authority shall stand for any cards I have submitted or updated due to renewal or replacements of previous cards.
